  1. Call Pupfish. We’ll evaluate your equipment from a list or photos. We can also conduct an onsite evaluation.

  2. We send you an estimate.

  3. Our data access team picks up your e-waste and gives you a receipt of materials.

  4. At our secure facility we document your data-containing devices in detail, recording information such as type of device, manufacturer, model, serial number, etc.

  5. Your data is securely destroyed and devices are sustainably recycled.

  6. You receive data destruction and e-recycling certificates, as well as serialized reporting to protect you in the event of an audit.
